.Every piece of furniture signed Pedrali è produced in Italy inside the company’s 2 production plants, the one in Mornico al Serio, in the province of Bergamo, and the one in Manzano, in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, in the heart of the chair district: both factories are an excellent example of Industry 4.0, where everything è digitized and interconnected.
During the production stages, maximum attention is paid to aspects such as reducing raw material consumption, rationalizing resources, reusing waste, recycling plastics, and controlling emissions. For example, the woods used are FSC® C114358 certified, meaning they come from forests that are responsibly managed according to strict environmental, social and economic standards, and the paints are composed mostly of resins of plant origin, which ensures a drastic reduction in chemical compounds and, as a result, healthier working environments and less air pollution.
A Family History
The story of Pedrali è a family history, which began back in 1963, when Mario Pedrali founded a small artisan workshop in Palazzolo sull’Oglio where he made the first collections of wrought iron outdoor seating, and which continues today under the leadership of his children Monica and Giuseppe, with a company that employs as many as 340 people.
